Miniature forests in a park
About Museo del Bonsái
The Museo del Bonsái is a privately owned botanical museum in the Parque Arroyo de la Represa, just north of the Old Town. It displays bonsai and miniature forests, and is best known for its collection of wild olive trees shown on carved stone from El Torcal, as well as a Chinese hackberry and a wild olive said to be 300 years old. It makes a calm stop on a walk through the park, which also has ponds and a playground.
