Buchinger Wilhelmi is a family-run clinic group specialising in therapeutic fasting under medical supervision, a method developed by Otto Buchinger. The Marbella clinic opened in 1973 and is now run by the family’s fourth generation; its sister clinic is in Überlingen on Lake Constance. Stays are residential and booked in advance. Our advice: talk to your own doctor before you book a fasting programme.
