Las Adelfas–Los Monteros is the beach in front of the elegant residential area of Los Monteros, east of the centre, near the Kimpton Los Monteros resort. It holds the Blue Flag and the Q for quality. The setting is greener and quieter than the town beaches, with chiringuitos such as Palm Beach nearby. Walk west along the shore towards the Río Real for a longer stroll.
