Parque Arroyo de la Represa
Ponds, playgrounds and bonsai
About Parque Arroyo de la Represa
The Parque Arroyo de la Represa follows the bed of a stream that was covered over in 1968, just north of the Old Town. Artificial ponds, a playground, sports courts and the famous Museo del Bonsái fill it, and parts are flanked by tall stone walls that echo the remains of the Moorish castle. The “puente de los tirantes” footbridge crosses it. Dogs are welcome, and it links easily to a walk in the historic centre.
