About Playa de El Cable
El Cable lies east of the La Bajadilla port, a short walk from the centre. It holds the Blue Flag and the Q for quality, offers assisted bathing in summer, and is one of the beaches where the town allows moragas, the traditional beach barbecues of fish and sardines. Playa Padre beach club is here, along with chiringuitos. It suits a lively beach day close to town.
