About Playa de El Bombo
El Bombo is a beach in Mijas, close to the seaside village of La Cala: a semi-urban stretch of dark sand and calm water, around 1.1 kilometres long, with a small rocky cliff. It is busy in summer and has lifeguards and basic services. Combine it with a stroll along the La Cala boardwalk, a coffee in the village and dinner at one of its restaurants.
