About Sollo
Sollo is the restaurant of chef Diego Gallegos, named Chef Revelación in 2015, at the Higuerón Hotel in the hills above Fuengirola, about half an hour east of Marbella. Its own site lists MICHELIN stars, a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainability and two Repsol Suns; check the current MICHELIN Guide for its latest distinction. The meal is a tasting menu built around fish and the Andalusian larder. Reserve well ahead.
