Marbella Club Hotel is where the Marbella of glamour began: Prince Alfonso of Hohenlohe turned a private property into a hotel in the 1950s and drew aristocrats and film stars to a quiet fishing coast. Today it is a low-rise resort of villas, gardens and paths running down to the sea, with a beach club, spa and several restaurants.
