About Desidero Pizzeria
Desidero is a classic Neapolitan pizzeria in the centre of Marbella. The pizzas come out of a traditional wood-fired oven running at around 400 °C, the dough is slow-fermented, and the pasta is made fresh by hand. Unusually for the town, it opens every day from 4 pm until 2 am, which makes it a handy address after a late evening on the seafront or when you want dinner after a show. Book ahead on summer weekends.
