Hiring a car makes day trips to Ronda, Mijas and Benahavís easy. Two roads run along the coast: the AP-7 toll motorway, faster and less congested, and the free A-7, which runs through the towns and is often busy in summer. In the centre and Puerto Banús, use the underground car parks.
