About Cercanías C-1 train (Málaga–Fuengirola)
Marbella has no railway station. The nearest trains are the Renfe Cercanías C-1 suburban line, which runs from Málaga Centro-Alameda and María Zambrano station, through the airport, to Fuengirola, about 30 kilometres east of Marbella. From Fuengirola, buses and taxis continue to Marbella. High-speed AVE trains from Madrid and other cities arrive at Málaga María Zambrano. Check Renfe’s site for timetables.
