Bella ’Mbriana
Pizza from Puglia
About Bella ’Mbriana
Bella ’Mbriana began in 1999 in Polignano a Mare, in Puglia, and its Marbella restaurant brings the same approach to a lane on the edge of the Old Town. The kitchen is proud of its dough, left to rise naturally for up to eight days, and of using DOP ingredients from Italy. Alongside the pizzas there are Italian starters and pasta. It is a relaxed, good-value dinner in the historic centre, and popular with families.
Why it's on our list
