Bodeguita La Agüela opened as a bodega in 1994 in a house on Calle Lagasca, in the centre of San Pedro Alcántara, that had once been a guest house and a family eating house. Today it serves tapas, montaditos and raciones to a mostly local crowd: the kind of place you find away from the glamour of the coast.
